Computer Furniture

Classroom computer furniture comes in many configurations at various prices.

The most important factor in choosing classroom computer furniture is ensuring that the computer is at the right height for young children. This means that the monitor should be at the child’s eye level, and the keyboard and mouse should be low enough that the child doesn’t have to reach up to use them. If possible, the table height should be adjustable.

The second consideration is the use of space. There must be enough room for the child to use the mouse and keyboard comfortably. The computers CPU and printer should be able to be stored on the furniture. It needs to be accessible without being in the child’s workspace. You will also need room for the computer speakers.

Some furniture has wheels, which allow it to be rolled out of the way, or to another classroom if needed.
