Wait! Don't erase that class yet! At the end of the school year, you can save KIDWARE information for children who may be returning to your class or program next year. Carmen and her mom made this picture together. I'd hate to have to lose it just because I want to erase everyone else's work.	Follow these steps and next year you'll be ready to start, and KIDWARE will give your children a warm welcome when they come back into your classroom. In the Teacher Utilities, choose Administrative Tools. Go to Save/Load Class and Child Data. Make sure you have one blank formatted diskette per child. Make a note of each child's name and unique ID on the diskette label. Click on Save Child Data. This will save all the child's files. You will choose the icon of the child you want, and the computer will tell you when it's ready for the next child.
Carmen is coming back next year. She can come back to all the KIDWARE files she saved before she left. She'll be excited to hear her mother's greeting when she chooses her special picture again.
You can have bigger, better KIDWARE! Current users can upgrade their KIDWARE at any time. Just call and let us know what version you have. Look on the back of your KIDWARE installation disk to locate the version number. If changes in your hardware are necessary, we will help you determine what is required.
