This screen is used to set up the classes
of children who will be assessed. You may add up to
five separate classes or groups of children. |
Enter basic information for each child you plan to assess. Once the child's information is entered, it is saved and can be retrieved when the
teacher needs to review or add to it. |
Then select the option Run Child Assessment. Responses from the child are automatically saved for each assessment
period during the year. Complete the teacher checklist and then print an individualized report summarizing the child's progress.
The child is given verbal instructions for each activity. Responses are automatically
scored and tracked. Individualized progress reports are automatically generated.
Clear and concise printouts inform teacher and parents of the child's developing abilities.
The assessment is administered at the beginning, middle and end of the program year.
Instructions for the child and progress report printouts are both available in Spanish. |
The teacher checklist covers those domains that cannot be assessed directly from the child's
response to the computer-based items. Once all children are assessed you may
print a class report that summarizes results across all children. Additionally, you may print individualized
activities designed to assist each child in developing the emerging skills and abilities essential to future school success. |
