In Face Maker, the students learn about diversity and acceptance. They can explore similarities and differences by changing the skin tones, hair and eye color, and facial features of the people they create. What makes all of us alike? What makes us different? Students can create and print a family or class albums.

KIDWARE- Face Maker

In Fun with Animals, the student identifies the body parts of a real animal or creates her own special hybrid by choosing to put together the body parts from several different animals. She records her animal special sound, explores the real animal's natural habitat or writes a story about where her animal might live.

In Music Maker, the student takes the role of young composer. She is introduced to and practices many of the basic elements of musical composition. The availability of different musical instruments to playback compositions enhances auditory discrimination and the awareness of pitch and tone.

KIDWARE- Music Maker

Aquarium provides experiences with the requirements for setting-up and maintaining a school or home aquarium. Life-like simulations of living things (plants and fish) in a balanced eco-system require continuous monitoring by the young aquarist. (Daily feeding of fish is a must!)

Tool Kit for Kids simulates a recording studio where the young producer creates scripted movies. In the recording studio he creates an auditory script to accompany creations saved in Slide Show. He can also record his own name, script or sounds for the many characters, animals and objects in the City, Farm, Alaskan Village and Island. This exciting software includes authentic assessment through the creation of individual portfolios. For example, the student reviews, selects, and comments on her computer creations, and then plays them back as a slide show. The child's show can be viewed by friends, teachers, and family members and/or upload it to the school's website!
